Tevety Return & Refund Policy

At Tevety, we prioritize your satisfaction and strive to ensure you love every piece of kids things you receive from us. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a simple return and refund process. Please review the following policy:

1. Return Eligibility

  • Items can be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • To be eligible for a return:
    • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it.
    • It must be in the original packaging with tags and proof of purchase.
    • Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at info@tevety.com within 7 days of receiving your product.
  • Once we confirm your request, we will provide return shipping instructions.
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or damaged upon arrival.

3. Return Shipping

  • Return shipping must be done using a trackable shipping method to ensure your item reaches us.
  • We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit during return shipping.

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.
  • If your return is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

5. Refund Exceptions

  • Non-returnable items: Custom jewellery, purchased on clearance or as part of a special sale are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Late or missing refunds: If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or credit card provider first. If there are still issues, contact us at info@tevety.com

6. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at info@tevety.com

7. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product with photos of the damage or defect.
  • We will either replace the item or provide a full refund, including shipping charges.

8. Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After that, the order will be processed, and we will be unable to cancel it.
