1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.
  • You will receive a notification when your order has been shipped.
  • In case of any unforeseen delays, we will contact you via email or phone.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping:
    • Delivery within 5-7 business days.
    • Shipping fee:  FREE
  • Express Shipping:
    • Delivery within 2-4 business days.
    • Shipping fee:  50/-

Please note: Delivery times may vary based on your location and external factors such as holidays or courier delays.

3. Areas We Ship To

  • We currently ship pan-India to all major cities, towns, and rural areas.
  • If you are located in a remote or restricted area, shipping times may be longer.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
  • You can track your shipment via our website or the courier company’s website using the tracking number provided.

5. International Shipping

  • At this time, we do not offer international shipping. However, stay tuned for future updates!

6. Shipping Delays

  • Occasionally, there may be delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, pandemics). We will do our best to communicate any delays with you.
  • Tevety is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

7. Shipping Address Changes

  • If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us at info@tevety.com within 24 hours of placing your order.
  • Once the order has been dispatched, we cannot modify the shipping address.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@tevety.com with your order details.
  • We will work with the courier service to resolve the issue.

9. Undelivered Packages

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect the package, the customer is responsible for any re-shipping fees.
